1. Who we are

AI Week Radar is operated by 8cells Jarosław Kaczmarski, registered at ul. Ketlinga 33a, 96-313 Jaktorów, Poland. Contact: hi@aiweekradar.com.

2. What data we collect

• Your email address — required, to send you the newsletter.
• Preferred language — optional.
• UTM parameters and referrer — to understand which campaigns work.
• Approximate country — derived from your IP at signup (we don't store the IP).
• Email engagement events — opens through our own pixel and clicks through links on our domain. We store these with delivery records on Cloudflare.

3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Consent (Art. 6.1.a), confirmed via double opt-in. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any issue.

4. Processors we use

• Cloudflare — hosting, edge compute, database (D1), object storage (R2).
• Resend — email delivery, bounce events and spam complaints.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Email hi@aiweekradar.com with your request.

6. Retention

We keep your data while you're subscribed and for up to 12 months after unsubscribe. Suppression list is kept indefinitely as required by anti-spam rules.

7. Cookies

We don't use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly-necessary cookies (e.g. Turnstile). No third-party analytics or ad cookies.

8. Changes

We'll update this page when things change. Material changes will be announced in an issue.
